Lead Architect
Andrés Saavedra Banda

Spacial design and building has been a part of Andrés' entire life as he grew up in a family of real estate developers and architects. In fact, with Ensue–o 10,André will be teaming up with his own father, Architect Andrés Saavedra Banda.

Architect Andrés M. Saavedra was born in 1953 in Mexico City. His mother was a talented and respected author, his father a lawyer known for his pro-ecologial stance in Mexico in the 50's. This background formed Andrés' character and defined his love for nature and the arts, which he has always applied to his work as an architect.

Graduate of the faculty of Architecture from the UNAM (National Autonomous University of Mexico), Andrés represented Mexico along with other young architects at the beginning of his professional career, and since then has been recognized on various occasions at an international level for his outstanding work. His passion for travel has enriched his architectural capacity, providing diverse images and fresh ideas, while his love for nature and the sea have led him to maximize natural resources when building and always look for the best orientations with respect to the land, sun, and wind.

His residential projects include 10 developments in Mexico City, Cuernavaca, and Ixtapa, and he is currently building in Mexico City, the State of Mexico, and Puebla. He has built more than 200 homes, in each one working directly with the clients to make sure that they identify with the spaces and feel that they are their own.

Although he has specialized in residential developments, Andrés has also participated in numerous projects including urban development, the State congress building in Guerrero, Mexico, and various hotel projects.
